This notice covers Golden Leaf Health Center as built on goldenleafhc.com. Booking and the patient portal are covered by our Privacy Policy.
Golden Leaf Health Center is the name used by two medical practices: Golden Leaf Naturopathic, PC cares for patients in California, and Golden Leaf Health, PC cares for patients in other states. If you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA, as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
What this page collects
- No forms that send data. This page does not ask for your name, email, phone number or any health information. Our membership cancellation page has a short form, but it only writes an email for you to send from your own email app. Nothing is sent from the page.
- The symptom check stays in your browser. The symptoms you tap are not saved, not sent to us or anyone else, and not added to the web address. They are gone when you reload or leave the page.
- No tracking cookies or browser storage. The page itself sets no cookies and does not use local storage, session storage or similar technologies. Our delivery network may set one security cookie, described below.
- No analytics, ads or tracking. The page has no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or embedded third-party media. Its fonts, images and videos load from the same site as the page.
How this page reaches you
This page is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects our website from attacks and speeds it up. Like any web server, Cloudflare receives the technical details that come with every request: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page requested, the time, and the page that linked you here, if any.
Cloudflare uses these details to block malicious traffic and to give us traffic totals, such as page views, that do not identify you. To tell people from automated bots, it may set a short-lived security cookie. That cookie is not used to track you across websites or for advertising.
