Cancel your membership
Your membership renews every month until you cancel. Cancel here and it stops renewing.
Before you cancel
- Your care, including follow-ups, messaging and refills, continues until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
- After that, we can no longer prescribe or refill your medications.
- Rejoin within 3 months and you pick up at $49 a month. After that, you start again with a $99 visit.
- Past membership payments aren’t refunded, except for billing mistakes or other exceptional circumstances.

Your email app should now show a cancellation email to info@goldenleafhc.com. Your membership is cancelled once we receive it, and we’ll confirm by email.
